The return trip

Time to board the boat again -

Almost down to the jetty -

 almost onto the pier

On the boat, and waiting for everybody to get on board.

On the return journey the boat came round Inchcolm, so we sailed along the south side - this provided us with a good view of the abbey - you don`t really see much of the abbey from the north side of the island.

Note the two seals on the rocks, bottom left.

A closer view of the abbey -

Absolutely nothing to do with the wedding, but there is a rather nice line of rocks sticking out from the southwest corner of Inchcolm.

Heading back towards the bridges - and note the buoy just in front of the boat -

 looking ahead towards the bridges

And here is why you should note the buoy - it has got some passengers - and if you are observant, you`ll also see the one in the water.

There was another similar buoy further along, but it only had one seal on it.

Time for a bit of hilarity with the bridesmaids.

Getting closer to the railway bridge, would you like the formal look -

or the wistful look ?

Sitting at the back of the boat, looking back on a fabulous day, and thinking about the future journey together.

Bon voyage !
